Lead high-voltage construction projects with Rising Edge Group. As a Field Foreman, you'll supervise teams, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering critical infrastructure solutions across North America.

In this role, you report directly to the Construction Manager/Site Supervisor. Your expertise in overseeing on-site construction activities is key in guiding your crew to meet project goals within set budgets and timelines. Key skills will include project compliance, resource management, and safety leadership, ensuring all tasks uphold Rising Edge Group’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage in office construction activities in compliance with project standards
• Ensure workers receive daily work packages effectively
• Submit progress reports and crew timesheets daily




• Liaise between the crew and management
• Document and report all safety incidents and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson Electrician designation
• 5-7 years of construction industry experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• Experience in medium to high-voltage substation construction is advantageous
• Willing to travel to job sites as necessary
