In this role, you will work with Senior Superintendents to participate in pre-construction meetings and ensure job start-ups go smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, implementing safety measures, and compiling inspection reports. Your attention to detail will help maintain quality standards while tracking project progress and costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in pre-construction meetings with construction teams
• Ensure accurate daily inspection reports are submitted




• Maintain communication with the Estimating team for quantity reporting
• Monitor site conditions and resource usage daily
• Optimize work productivity alongside senior team members

Requirements:
• Experience in construction field coordination
• Knowledge of safety requirements and quality control
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to liaise effectively with multiple teams
• Familiarity with construction documentation processes
