In this position, you will assist Account Executives and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver timely service to clients. Manage all aspects of commercial insurance, including quotes, paperwork processing, and file updates. A commitment to integrity and professionalism is essential to succeed in this workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on insurance options and concerns
• Process all incoming commercial paperwork thoroughly
• Prepare and issue necessary documentation for new clients
• Communicate with insurance companies effectively
• Follow up on claims and payment statuses
Requirements:
• RIBO license required; additional accreditation beneficial
• At least one year in P&C; personal insurance
• Preference for experience in P&C; commercial insurance
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
