Network Engineer

Location : Brampton ON ( 100% onsite )

We are looking for an experienced Network & Voice Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking and unified communications. The role involves managing, supporting, and troubleshooting routing, switching, SD‑WAN, and voice technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities

Network (Mandatory)

Configure, manage, and support enterprise Routers and Switches .

Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols , including OSPF and BGP .

Provide operational and implementation support for Cisco SD‑WAN (Viptela / Catalyst SD‑WAN) .

Perform network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Voice & Unified Communications

Support and manage Cisco Unified Communications , Voice Conferencing and Webex platforms.

Strong understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) principles and PBX functionalities .

Hands‑on experience with:
Cisco Jabber

Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)

Cisco Unity Connection

Dialer, ICM

Cisco Presence

SIP, SCCP, H.323 protocols

Manage Corporate Telephony environments including:
Cisco Call Manager

Cisco Unity Voicemail

Voice Gateways

Contact Center Technologies

Experience working with Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys PureConnect platforms.

Manage Genesys PureConnect components including:
User accounts

Roles and permissions

Access controls





Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and support activities.

Participate in incident management, problem management, and service improvement initiatives.

Work effectively in fast‑paced operational environments with cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills & Attributes

Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience supporting enterprise‑scale network and voice infrastructures.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within operations and engineering teams.

Valuable communication and vendor management skills.

Compensation: We are offering an annual salary of $90,000 to 108,000
