Make a difference at University Hospital of Northern BC as a compassionate Registered Nurse within the Northern Emergency Response Team. Provide critical support to rural Emergency Departments through real-time mentorship.

This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams while performing patient care in diverse clinical environments, including the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. You'll perform interfacility transfers with BCEHS and leverage technology to enhance patient support. Committed to the highest standards of care as per BCCNM guidelines, you will ensure a patient- and family-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interfacility transfers alongside BCEHS paramedics




• Mentorship to Rural Emergency Department nursing staff
• Collaborate on patient care in various departments
• Use technology to coordinate patient care
• Implement nursing processes for secure care delivery

Requirements:
• Current RN license in British Columbia
• Experience in Emergency and rural care settings
• Patient- and family-centered care expertise
• Proven team collaboration abilities
• Open to rotating shift schedules
