The Manager, Donor Relations & Gift Processing will support the VP of Philanthropy in engaging with major donors and stakeholders. You'll develop personalized stewardship plans and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy. The position also involves overseeing gift processing accuracy and ensuring an extraordinary donor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Execute personalized stewardship plans aligned with donor goals
• Respond efficiently to donor inquiries and feedback
• Coordinate benefit fulfillment and special event access
• Design tailored donor journeys to enhance engagement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in donor relations, preferably in sport or nonprofit
