Reporting to the Chief Geologist, you will oversee geological activities such as resource evaluations and mentoring junior geologists. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct grade control, ore loss, and dilution management
• Enhance geological models and mineral resource interpretations
• Coordinate geological drilling and sampling activities




• Maintain data quality and governance across systems
• Prepare reports and presentations for technical evaluations

Requirements:
• B.Sc in Geology or Geological Engineering required
• Registration as a Professional Geoscientist with PGO necessary
• At least five years of relevant underground mining experience
• Advanced skills in geological software and data analysis
• Knowledge of Vale's geological guidelines and operations
