Take the lead as Vice President, Advancement Strategies at First Nations University of Canada. Focus on building community partnerships, enhancing fundraising, and strengthening FNUniv’s brand.
In this critical position, you will guide FNUniv’s efforts in external relations and donor engagement while developing comprehensive growth strategies. You will work closely with various teams to integrate promotion, recruitment, and retention into a cohesive strategy.
The ideal candidate will combine leadership experience with a robust understanding of both Indigenous and educational landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement comprehensive fundraising and advancement strategies
Enhance community and partner relationships
Strengthen communications and marketing initiatives
Support integrated revenue growth and recruitment strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Requirements:
Master’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles
Expertise in marketing communications and advancement
Cultural competency related to Indigenous perspectives
Solid knowledge of FNUniv’s positioning in the educational sector
