Key Responsibilities:
Conduct general maintenance and custodial duties
Answer inquiries and provide information to the community
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines




Assist with inspections of mechanical and life-safety systems
Perform shift work and be available for on-call duties

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
At least two years of maintenance-related experience
Basic knowledge of HVAC and building systems
Experience with software applications relevant to maintenance
Valid NS Driver's License is preferred
