Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surveillance and investigations at store locations
Identify loss areas and contribute to shrink reduction plans
Detect and apprehend offenders committing theft
Assist in training and supporting team members
Prepare reports and evidence for court purposes

Requirements:
Minimum two years' experience in loss prevention
Proven ability to manage emergency situations
Strong ethical standards and skilled integrity
Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle
Provincial security worker license prior to starting
