Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care using specialized knowledge
• Provide educational support to patients and their families
• Engage in quality improvement efforts within the department
• Participate in research initiatives related to transplant nursing
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is essential
• Preferred completion of a recognized Master’s nursing program
• Certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Up to three years of nursing experience in relevant fields
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
