Job description:

Thompson Construction Group has openings for Water & Sewer Lead Hands in their Edmonton area of operations.

Responsibilities:
Promote secure and inclusive work environment on crew
Assist in mentorship and training of crew members
Assist Foreman in general supervision of crew members
Work with Foreman to allocate tasks on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in the Water and Sewer Industry
Clean Class 5 Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 18 years of age
