As a key member of the Early Learning & Parenting Department, you will leverage your ECE II or ECE III credentials and more than two years of child care experience. You will assess and address each child's unique needs, while implementing age-appropriate learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver age-appropriate programming tailored to each child's needs
Foster a clean and secure workplace for healthy interactions




Supervise and engage children during individual and group activities
Identify and manage risks to ensure child safety
Document relevant information and record program details according to standards

Requirements:
ECE II or ECE III classification from Manitoba Child Care Program
Current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare facility
Solid understanding of child development theories
Proven ability in conflict resolution and decision-making
