SHN is seeking a Senior Manager for Clinical Informatics to oversee the Epic system's operational leadership. This role entails managing a team focused on configuration, training, and project delivery. You will also promote performance management and establish operational priorities consistent with the organization’s Digital Services roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical informatics staff and specialists
Oversee Epic build, testing, and deployment activities
Support high-quality clinical and business analysis for enhancements




Manage end-user training and the Super User Program
Coordinate regional initiatives and local operations execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or related field
5+ years of clinical informatics or healthcare IT experience
Proven operational leadership and people management skills
Hands-on Epic optimization experience
Solid understanding of clinical workflows and digital adoption
Leverage your clinical informatics expertise to enhance SHN’s Epic systems and support key digital initiatives.
