You will conduct dam inspections, oversee geotechnical evaluations, and prepare critical safety reports for clients and regulators. Additionally, mentoring and training junior engineers will be a key component of this role. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with advanced degrees preferred and P.Eng. registration in BC.
Key Responsibilities:



- Perform and document dam safety inspections - Develop monitoring and testing programs for dams - Manage and prepare detailed reporting for clients - Support construction management activities and inspections - Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering - Over 15 years of demonstrable dam safety expertise - P.Eng. registration in British Columbia or Alberta - Proficient with design engineering software - Strong verbal and written communication skills
