Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient counseling and drug information
Monitor medication therapies for safety and effectiveness

Mentor pharmacy students during clinical training

Requirements:
Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Eligible registration with Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator
At least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Strong mentoring and teaching experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
