In this capacity, the IT Team Leader provides first-level support while overseeing the daily workings of the IT Department. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise IT staff,



providing coaching and guidance - Install and configure hardware and software applications - Address end-user technical issues promptly - Maintain network infrastructure and related equipment - Oversee helpdesk ticket resolution with documentation
Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration - Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an asset - Proficient in troubleshooting desktop and network systems - Working knowledge of business applications and Active Directory - Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are beneficial
