In this essential supervisory role, you will report to the Superintendent or Project Manager. You'll leverage your leadership and signaling expertise to ensure timely project completions while maintaining safety standards and high customer satisfaction. Your duties will include pre-planning activities and reviewing project documentation to meet specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage crew performance related to safety and quality
• Pre-plan work activities with the Superintendent
• Conduct daily briefings and tailgate meetings
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors effectively
• Perform necessary administrative tasks and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of signaling experience
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
• Certification in Canadian Railway Operating Rules
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical work in-field conditions
