Are you an ambitious estimator ready to step into a role where your work directly shapes real projects — not just spreadsheets?
This is an opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking construction firm where your voice is heard, your expertise is trusted, and your career trajectory is taken seriously.
If you're looking for more ownership, more impact, and a team that genuinely values quality work — this could be the move.

This established and fast-growing general contractor operates across design-build, construction management, and commercial project delivery.
With a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and craftsmanship, the business has built long-standing relationships across the ICI sector. Their success is driven by a simple philosophy:
Hire great people. Trust them. Continuously improve.
The culture is collaborative, performance-driven, and grounded in accountability — where strong teams deliver strong results.

As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role in bringing projects to life — from early-stage budgeting through to post-award analysis.
You'll work closely with pre-construction, project management, and leadership teams to develop accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates across a diverse portfolio of projects.
This role offers exposure to complex work in the industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) space, with an initial focus on tenant improvements, interiors, and renovations , while also supporting larger builds.
What You'll Be Doing

Develop detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and scope requirements

Lead and manage tendering processes, including subcontractor outreach, bid analysis, and recommendations

Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and full proposal submissions

Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and procurement strategy

Conduct quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and pricing exercises

Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners

Identify project risks and flag potential cost or scope concerns early

Support post-tender negotiations and budgeting updates

Assist in preparing preliminary construction schedules for estimating purposes

Maintain and update internal cost databases and pricing benchmarks

Work cross-functionally with project managers and field teams to ensure budget alignment
