This full-time, mid-level supervision role focuses on coordinating independent medical reviews and ensuring smooth operations of the physician/NP lifecycle. From recruitment to contract administration, you'll play an essential role in enhancing physician engagement and program performance through effective communication and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive recruitment efforts for the physician/NP panel
• Manage onboarding and facilitate training for current staff
• Maintain accurate records of physician/NP statuses and schedules




• Coordinate financial agreements and invoicing processes
• Address operational issues and support physician/NP retention

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment or project coordination
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
