You will navigate various laboratory subsections, including Clinical Chemistry and Microbiology, following strict policies and maintaining educational standards set by CMLTO. Effective communication with Patient Care Providers is critical in delivering accurate specimen analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct laboratory procedures as outlined in department manuals
• Collaborate in Transfusion Services, Histology, and Hematology




• Participate in ongoing education and training programs
• Exercise independent judgment in specimen analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or recognized technologist status
• Minimum one year related laboratory experience
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with laboratory equipment and quality control procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
