We are looking for a General Manager to lead the Food Services team at our upcoming client site opening in September 2026. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for daily operations, financial oversight, and compliance with food safety standards. Strong experience in a unionized setting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct food production, including menu development and inventory management
• Mentor kitchen staff and evaluate their productivity
• Manage labor and food costs effectively




• Ensure high-quality standards and introduce improvements
• Coordinate catering functions and marketing the food program

Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification is essential
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a Chef leadership role
• Familiarity with diverse cuisines is beneficial
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate required
