Pomerleau is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to assist in managing schedules for ongoing projects during the proposal and execution phases. This role requires participation in Critical Path Method development and ensuring stakeholder integration into project timelines. Ideal candidates have a background in Civil Engineering, experience with project management tools, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop schedules for one or two projects simultaneously
• Prepare project schedules and work sequences during proposals




• Monitor performance of critical activities throughout execution
• Maintain visuals extracted from schedule data
• Communicate project difficulties and successes with the team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in construction project management
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project
