Student position supporting the Analytics and Business Intelligence team in a fast‑paced hospital workplace, providing hands‑on experience with analytical tools, data transformation, reporting, and automation.

Job closing date: EOD July 21, 2026

Key Responsibilities

- Convert SAS reference code to SQL/Python for CIHI and Ministry indicators/metrics
- Create Power BI dashboards
- Automate manual data processes
- Develop data quality checks
- Develop AI models
- Document processes and data dictionary
- Manage execution and tracking of department continuous‑improvement initiatives
- Improve quality and efficiency within the development process; process optimization

Education & Qualifications

- Completed at least 2nd year of a Computer Science/Engineering/Healthcare Analytics Program
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams




- Demonstrated initiative for self‑learning and innovation

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday on a casual basis. Schedules may change based on operational needs.

Compensation

Competitive, commensurate with experience (details provided on request).
