Join Chromium Guard Inc. as a Security Operations Supervisor, managing security operations for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area. This agile role demands a proactive leader focused on scheduling, training, and stakeholder management.
Being at the forefront of security operations, you will ensure all sites are continuously covered while effectively resolving any issues that arise beyond normal business hours. You will lead a dedicated team, conduct site audits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure 24/7 security guard coverage across all sites
• Handle dispatch and resolve staffing issues promptly
• Maintain and update site-specific Post Orders and SOPs




• Prepare monthly operational reports and communicate with clients
• Support in hiring, training, and evaluating new guard staff
Requirements:
• Mandatory Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in security
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Check and criminal record check
