Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Conduct data mapping and analysis to support system integration efforts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project delivery.
- Create structured plans and roadmaps (“plan for a plan”) to guide sequencing and execution.
- Navigate complex legacy systems (“peeling the layers of spaghetti”) to identify dependencies and integration points.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage expectations across cross-functional teams and leadership.




- Support process navigation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance.
- Provide domain and functional expertise in standard banking operations and technology.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience in banking domain; experience with City National Bank is a strong asset.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with integration projects and legacy system analysis.
