As a Registered Practical Nurse, you'll support residents in making choices that enhance their independence while providing compassionate care. Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager, you will lead care initiatives and collaborate effectively with your team to meet resident needs following quality care standards. Your role will focus on resident assessments and facilitating a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in ongoing resident care assessments
• Develop care plans and update as needed
• Supervise the care provided by support staff
• Distribute medications in accordance with procedures
• Address emergency calls and provide immediate support

Requirements:
• Active RPN license with CNO
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Robust leadership and communication abilities
• Previous experience in a nursing role is a plus
