You will work three days in Oakville and two days in Milton, performing consultations to assist individuals with debt solutions. Responsibilities include advising clients on bankruptcies, preparing essential documentation, and promoting services through community initiatives and social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess debtor situations through initial consultations
• Provide assistance to debtors and creditors in various formats
• Prepare documentation for client reviews and signings
• Participate in community outreach and service promotion
• Utilize social media to enhance visibility of debt solutions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or financial services
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong detail orientation in a busy environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• Availability for one evening shift a week
