Right at Home Canada seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for 1:1 care in Markham & Scarborough. Deliver high-quality nursing support to clients in their homes.

Join our dedicated team as a RPN/LPN/RN who can effectively manage medication administration and IV therapies. Successful candidates will showcase their skills in wound care, device management, and patient education. This role requires local candidates who are passionate about making a direct difference in client lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe medication administration and glucose monitoring
• Manage central line care and wound healing procedures
• Perform tracheostomy and oxygen therapy maintenance
• Educate caregivers about ongoing care and medication
• Keep comprehensive documentation of patient treatments

Requirements:
• CPR Certification and First Aid Training (mandatory)
• Clean 2-step TB test (mandatory)
• Valid nursing license in valuable standing with the CNO (mandatory)
• Completion of VSS/Criminal Record Check (mandatory)
• Adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols
