The Ottawa Hospital is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse for the Transitional Care Unit. This temporary position involves commitment to patient care during 12-hour shifts, both days and nights.

This role at The Ottawa Hospital requires a minimum of three months of nursing experience and a strong foundation in general medicine and geriatric care. You will assess patient needs and develop tailored teaching and discharge plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical care to transitional care patients

Requirements:
• Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least three months of general nursing experience
• Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care
• Robust interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
