As the Director of Community Focused Learning, you will drive the strategic planning and implementation of curriculum that meets MD Program outcomes. Engage with curriculum theme leaders and diverse community partners to cultivate enriching student experiences aligned with equity and inclusion goals. Your role will directly influence the quality of education and community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and refine community service-learning curriculum
• Foster partnerships with public health and advocacy organizations
• Orient and support faculty and community mentors
• Ensure effective learner support and assessment practices
• Report outcomes to the MD Program Curriculum Committee
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Health Education or public health
• Proven experience in service-learning and education collaboration
• Expertise in curriculum design with an emphasis on EDI
• Robust relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Effective organizational and leadership skills
