Lead auxiliary programs at Stratford Hall as a Temporary Auxiliary Programs Coordinator. This role, covering maternity leave, emphasizes student safety, program management, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Junior School Principal, you'll oversee After School Care, clubs, and summer camps through innovative program development and financial management. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience and be committed to child safety and engagement for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver all auxiliary programs throughout the school year
• Manage budgets, ensuring programs operate within financial guidelines
• Recruit, train, and evaluate auxiliary staff for quality performance
• Establish and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Develop engaging camps and after-school programming for children
Requirements:
• Degree in Education, Recreation, or related field preferred
• CPR/AED certification and concussion training required
• Experience in program budgeting and project management
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including breaks and evenings
• Collaborative skills to work with school leadership effectively
