Join Queen’s as a Digital Communications Officer focused on Events in Ontario, with a hybrid work model. Drive the administration of event technologies while crafting strategic marketing plans.
In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Director, Digital Engagement and become the technical lead for all event-related digital solutions. Your expertise will not only guide the successful execution of engagement activities but also promote consistent use of technology across partnerships in Advancement. Analyzing trends in participation and engagement will help you refine strategies for future successes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans for unit events
• Manage event technology systems ensuring standards compliance
• Analyze market data and generate actionable insights
• Develop guidelines for consistent application across units
• Coordinate social media marketing efforts and budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certification is a plus
• 3-5 years in a similar role
• Proven track record in marketing and data analysis
• Solid skills in technology applications and trends
• Familiarity with higher education environments an asset
