Herc Rentals is looking for a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician with strong skills in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment. In this position, you will maintain Herc's fleet across various job sites and ensure optimal performance. Your expertise in equipment maintenance and customer communication will help minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance for Herc's fleet
• Oversee oil changes, tire replacements, and repairs
• Diagnose fuel, electrical, and hydraulic systems




• Educate customers on equipment use and maintenance
• Produce detailed service reports and logs

Requirements:
• Journeyman Off Road Certification or HET Red Seal
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Aerial equipment
• Availability for on-call duties every other week
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Robust organizational and communication skills
