Velan, a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial valves, is seeking a Quotations Specialist, Inside Sales – MRO to support their aftermarket business by preparing accurate and timely quotations for customers across a variety of industrial markets. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Pricing and Operations to evaluate RFQs, develop proposals and help drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
Review and qualify incoming RFQs.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
Assess customer requirements, costs and delivery considerations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive proposals.
Support outside sales teams and key customers.
Ensure timely responses while managing multiple priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience 3-5 years in quotations, inside sales,
applications engineering or technical sales support within a manufacturing environment.
Robust knowledge of industrial valves.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and customer specifications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
