In this position, you will report to the Director, Legal Services and Business Affairs, managing the contracting process for media rights and co-productions. Your background in media contracts and strong negotiation skills will facilitate impactful collaborations across TVO’s educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate co-production and rights agreements effectively
• Draft various contractual documents and letters
• Ensure contract execution meets legal standards and deadlines




• Maintain data within the Content Management System
• Liaise with producers regarding contractual inquiries

Requirements:
• A degree in Media, Broadcasting, or a related area
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in media acquisition
• Profound understanding of media rights and legal contracts
• Excellent written communication and project management skills
• Experience with rights management systems
