Reporting to the Executive Director and collaborating with the Health Human Resources Manager, the Employee Engagement Specialist will develop HR strategies focused on retention and engagement. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in HRIS and possess solid analytical skills. This position requires flexibility, with responsibilities spanning day, evening, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR initiatives and program enhancements
• Act as HRIS expert to optimize use of software




• Ensure effective employee utilization during shifts
• Manage recruiting processes and source candidates
• Coordinate and assess employee engagement surveys

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business
• 2-3 years of HR generalist experience required
• Experience in Long Term Care or healthcare preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
