You will report to the Applications Services Team Lead and engage with colleagues to resolve system issues. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining accurate documentation, identifying root causes of software problems, and actively participating in team collaborations to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will assist with application training and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve level 2 inquiries from internal users across the organization
• Create and update Knowledge Articles for user reference




• Analyze and determine software issue root causes
• Aid in software implementation and support initiatives
• Conduct training for users on application functionalities

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in IT/Application support
• Experience with EMR/CRM systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant IT education and ITIL certification
• French language skills are beneficial
