Your expertise in data analysis will enable informed decisions that affect the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis for potential acquisitions
• Manage virtual data rooms facilitating transaction communications




• Develop intricate financial models for acquisition assessments
• Participate in critical due diligence for target evaluations
• Support senior leadership with detailed investment presentations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• CPA required, CFA or CBV advantageous
• Extensive experience in M&A; transactions
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
