Become a leader in mental health support with Saskatoon Public Schools as a full-time Mental Health Capacity Building School Coordinator. You will drive mental health promotion and prevention strategies in school communities starting August 27, 2026.
In this full time role, you will coordinate the Mental Health Capacity Building (MHCB) program while collaborating with community agencies, stakeholders, and schools. Your responsibilities will include supervising program staff, developing service plans, and ensuring high standards in programming that meets community needs. You will also monitor program effectiveness and maintain compliance with funding agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise MHCB program staff and activities
• Develop service plans aligned with mental health objectives
• Engage and foster partnerships with schools and community agencies
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements:
• Related post-secondary degree in health or social sciences
• Minimum 3 years in mental health promotion
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media knowledge
