The ACT Team Supervisor plays a critical role by combining oversight of youth case management with direct support to those encountering mental health and housing instability. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to case managers
• Monitor and support documentation and service delivery standards




• Facilitate ongoing training and staff development programs
• Collaborate across departments to assure seamless care
• Lead case reviews and maintain high standards of care

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
• 3-5 years in mental health or similar services
• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and harm reduction methods
• Required certifications, including a valid driver’s license
