This role serves a vital function within the Partnerships & Innovation Program. The Senior Consultant is responsible for translating complex data into actionable strategies that enhance integrated primary care initiatives. Working collaboratively across teams, you will also be involved in producing high-quality business documentation, briefing notes, and reports that drive community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce strategic communications and business cases
• Transform complex data into clear recommendations
• Collaborate with partners for evidence-informed analysis




• Monitor project performance metrics and financials
• Foster relationships for cutting-edge healthcare solutions

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree; master's preferred
• 5-7 years in healthcare or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in data management
• Skills in strategic business writing and communication
• Knowledge of fundraising and stakeholder engagement
