You will foster relationships between Homesharers and Home Provider families while adhering to Karis Disability Services' policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and recruit Host Family residential placements
• Facilitate matches between Homesharers and Home Provider families
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service standards

Requirements:
• Three years of relevant experience in case management or direct support
• College diploma or degree in related fields preferred
• Valid G driver's license for frequent travel
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication
