As a Transport Planner at Proximo, you will play a critical role in our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include arranging deliveries of hire vehicles, coordinating collections, and communicating with our various branches to meet customer needs effectively. Reporting on vehicle issues is key, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the delivery of replacement hire vehicles
• Communicate with branches for customer vehicle needs
• Schedule and manage the collection of client vehicles
• Document and report collection issues to Head Office
• Record driver hours and associated costs accurately
Requirements:
• Proven experience in transport planning or logistics
• Solid communication and organizational skills
