Your role will focus on developing our inside sales team’s skills, enhancing performance, and implementing training programs that lead to measurable success. Drawing from your sales experience, you’ll partner with management to maximize team potential and streamline onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver impactful training programs
• Create and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook
• Analyze sales data for coaching insights




• Collaborate with managers to enhance their coaching skills
• Develop onboarding documentation and update materials
Requirements:
• 3+ years in sales training or enablement
• Experience in inside sales — preferably HVAC or home services
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and call recordings
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
