Our banking client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst IV (8+ years of experience) to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Mainframe, API/Postman, Scaled Agile, and Behavior Driven Development

Join a pod focused on enabling consumers to onboard to API endpoints used to inquire and maintain customer data within critical banking systems. This role supports customer data initiatives, Host changes, testing support, and Agile feature delivery while partnering closely with Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers. The position offers exposure to long-term AI initiatives and training opportunities within a cooperative Agile environment.

8+ years in Business Systems Analysis , Software Engineering , or Quality Engineering

Hands-on work with Mainframe screens for customer data inquiry and maintenance

Hands-on work with API integrations and Postman for customer data inquiry and maintenance

Scaled Agile , Behavior Driven Development , Jira , and Confluence

Post-secondary diploma or degree

Nice to Have

Banking or financial services experience

Microsoft 365 Copilot or Github Copilot experience

Business Analyst certifications

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into technical concepts for delivery teams and stakeholders





Document and manage functional and non-functional system requirements

Create JIRA user stories using Behavior Driven Development methodology

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impacts to existing systems and processes

Support testing activities by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results

Manage traceability of system requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment

Support implementation and post-implementation activities for technology initiatives
