In this hands-on leadership position, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Executive Officer and be pivotal in developing and implementing HR systems. Your work will ensure compliance with legislation and support organizational growth through robust people practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning for employees
• Develop and maintain HR policies and compliance initiatives
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
• Build HR systems,



documentation, and employee records
• Support employee development and succession planning initiatives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and construction industry
• CPHR designation is a plus
