This position involves performing cleaning and basic maintenance tasks across various types of interiors and exteriors. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide thorough cleaning for business offices and apartments
• Perform floor care including vacuuming and buffing
• Compact and remove trash from community areas
• Maintain landscaped grounds and public walkways
• Address basic maintenance tasks and notify management of needs

Requirements:
• Ability to complete Atria training programs
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculations
