Make a difference with the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) as a Learning and Development Associate in Oakville. This role is key to supporting LMS operations and developing engaging educational content.

As a Learning and Development Associate, you will report to the Senior Manager of Learning Technology. Your role includes troubleshooting the LMS, assisting in content updates, and providing support for webinars and learning programs. You will also collaborate with various SMEs to ensure the educational materials are accessible and aligned with learning objectives, enhancing member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical support requests from learners and administrators
• Create educational videos for best practices and compliance




• Track LMS usage reports and provide insights
• Assist in developing training materials and evaluations
• Support member inquiries and publish content on the LMS

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in adult education or relevant experience
• Knowledge of eLearning tools like SCORM and Articulate
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Capacity to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills for cooperative work
