Grizzly Paw is seeking a temporary Controller to guide administration operations in Canmore, AB. Step into an impactful role managing financial reporting and supporting our brewery and hospitality efforts.

This three-month assignment is critical, as you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the administration team. The ideal candidate has a robust background in finance, exceptional interpersonal skills, and shares a passion for the craft beer industry. Flexibility in managing schedules and tasks across various locations will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administration tasks and team leadership
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and internal reports
• Mitigate risks and assess insurance needs




• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
• Support accounting staff with training and resources

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in finance
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and hospitality
• Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Accounting degree or certification required
